Metabolic Correction

You were taught to wait. However your cells never stop.

Pain, fatigue, fog, a body that recovered more slowly — that is a common door. It is not a verdict on you. From birth we were trained to let someone else name the problem and manage it.

Metabolic Correction is foreign to that training. It is Michael J. Gonzalez’s order: give the cell the materials and the conditions it already knows how to use. Then get out of the way. This is education. You can start tonight.

Our mission is twofold. A healthy life toward 100 — body and mind still working at a strong level. And two humans to Mars and back — alive, clear-minded, and metabolically able. Earth is the dress rehearsal. What we learn there has to be learned here first.

Our Mission

Support the system while it is still strong

We exist to promote, teach, and advance the protocols, formulas, and philosophy of Metabolic Correction developed through the life’s work of Dr. Michael J. Gonzalez — so that more people can generate sustainable energy and live free from unnecessary suffering.

  • Upstream Support

We focus on supporting cellular energy systems before they break. The goal is not merely to manage decline — it is to actively generate and sustain vitality.

  • Reduce Pain & Suffering

By restoring the body’s capacity to produce clean cellular energy, we address a root driver of fatigue, chronic disease, and diminished quality of life worldwide.

  • Earth First, Mars Next

All work on Earth is preparatory. Stronger human biology on this planet is the foundation for humans to travel to Mars and return safely.

Legacy

Dr. Michael J. Gonzalez

Dr. Michael J. Gonzalez
Professor · Researcher · Pioneer of Metabolic Correction

A life dedicated to cellular energy and true metabolic health

Dr. Michael J. Gonzalez devoted his career to understanding how optimal nutrient availability at the cellular level restores physiological function. He advanced the concept of Metabolic Correction — a functional biochemical approach that explains how providing the right cofactors allows enzymes and pathways to operate as they were designed.

His work bridges orthomolecular science, functional biochemistry, and practical clinical application. The Michael J. Gonzalez Foundation exists to continue, protect, and expand that body of knowledge so it can reach more people — on Earth and, ultimately, beyond.

The Foundation is led by those who studied with him, collaborated with him, and carry forward the same first-principles commitment to restoring human vitality at its root.

The MEGA-Vitality Program

MEGA-VitalityMetabolic Energy Generating ATP

ATP is the small energy currency every cell spends to walk, think, repair, and recover. It is minted every hour a cell is alive. MEGA is the daily way a body generates that energy on purpose. This is education. It is not a class you finish.

Sleep. Eat. Move. Connect. Relax. These five run every day, in the same body, at the same time.

  • Metabolic Dysfunction is why.

Inputs go wrong — missing materials, hard conditions, load without repair. Fatigue, slow recovery, and fog are early signals.

  • Metabolic Correction is how.

Michael J. Gonzalez’s order: give the cell the materials and the conditions it already knows how to use, then get out of the way. Food first.

  • Metabolic Energy is what we generate.

ATP. MEGA. The currency of movement, thought, and repair.

  1. Sleep

Protect the night. Lights down you can keep. A room dark enough that the body believes it.

  2. Eat

Real food the cell recognizes — protein, fat, plants a grandmother would name — and water with the meal and between meals. Coffee is not water.

  3. Move

Use the body. Take the air. A walk, stairs, a garden. Outdoor air when you can; a window when weather keeps you in.

  4. Connect

One living contact. A feed is not a person. Isolation is an extra load on the same day.

  5. Relax

A stop, not a mood. Ten minutes still: sit, breathe, walk slowly, pray, or sit under a tree. No screen.

The five pillars are the daily conditions. They are not the whole of Metabolic Correction. A person who keeps the five is still keeping the Program.

Long-Term Vision

Preparing the human system for the journey

Long-term: prepare humanity for deep-space travel by restoring cellular energy at the root.

From Earth vitality to deep-space resilience

The same mitochondrial and metabolic principles that restore energy and reduce suffering on Earth become even more critical in the extreme environment of long-duration spaceflight — radiation, microgravity, and closed-loop life support.

The Foundation’s work on Metabolic Correction and MEGA-Vitality is designed to strengthen human biology for the challenges of extended missions, including the eventual journey to Mars and back.

Currents

Keep flowing with our Currents

The Foundation teaches the way a river moves: one Current, then the next. Begin with #1. Come back when you need another pull of the paddle. Each one is here to read, to hear, and to keep.

Support your body while it is still strong.
